1. Navigate to https://your-website.com/wp-admin/
2. Hover to Media on your left and click “Library” from the popup
3. Click on the media you want to edit
4. Here you can edit the file details such as Alt text, Title, Description and so on
5. When you made all the desired changes close the window and they will be applied
